Something wrong with my order:

Shipping your items carefully and safely for their long journey to their new home is one of our top priorities; however, once your order has shipped and been handed over to the postal carrier, it is no longer in our control.

I was using my item and it broke/become damaged. 

I am so sorry to hear this, but unfortunately, I do not offer store credit or refunds for items that become damaged once they are in use.
